How much does artwork cost?
Nothing. Artwork services are free for all customers.
Can you match our PMS colors?
Yes. We match PMS colors so your branding stays consistent.
What artwork files do you prefer?
AI files are best for exact color matching. Send what you have.
How is payment made?
ACH or credit card. Card payments include a 3.5% processing fee.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes. Pricing drops as quantity grows, with breaks at 25, 50, 100, 250, and 500 units.
How long does production take?
Apparel: 7-10 business days. Promo products and custom mailer boxes: 10-14.
Do you offer expedited production?
Yes. Rush production and shipping are available. Fees depend on timing and order size.
Is there a minimum order?
It varies by product. We recommend 25+ pieces, where real price breaks start. Your rep can confirm.
Can I get samples before production?
Yes. Blank samples up to $100 are free. Printed samples are available for a fee.
How much does domestic shipping cost?
$9.99 under 1 lb and $14.99 for 1-5 lbs per shipment. Bulk shipments are quoted by size and weight.
Where do you ship from?
Our Chicago HQ. Most of the U.S. arrives in 1-4 business days.
Can you ship to multiple locations?
Yes. We ship items individually or grouped, to as many addresses as you need.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to most countries. Rates depend on destination, value, size, and weight. Your rep can quote larger shipments.
How much is storage?
Storage is billed monthly by product size, from $0.03 to $0.50 per item. Every restock includes 3 months free.
How fast do items ship from storage?
Within 1-2 business days of your order.
