    General Information


    Ordering

    After working with one of our experienced sales representatives, and approving the artwork, you will receive an email with an invoice. Follow the steps in the email to go ahead and pay for your order. Once payment has been received, your order will be sent to be printed.

    All sizing charts will be located on the product page in the details.

    Payment Options

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for our online purchases. Please make sure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct to avoid delays with your order. Payment must be made before the order process begins.

    Sales Tax

    UpMerch has a physical presence in Illinois and orders shipping to Illinois are subject to sales tax. Sales tax will follow state laws in which the order is shipped to.

    Cancel Order

    Once the order process for a custom product has been started, we do not allow a customer to cancel the order. If the payment has not been processed and the order process has not begun, only under certain circumstances, we may allow you to cancel the order.

    Shipping


    Bulk Orders

    All bulk orders over 12 pieces will receive free shipping! Please allow up to two weeks from the date payment is received and the artwork is approved for delivery. However, UpMerch does not guarantee delivery dates and there may be a number of reasons why the order is delayed.

    Individual/Event Orders

    For individual fulfillment, a $5 shipping fee will be added to the order at checkout. All individual orders will be shipped approximately 2 weeks after the store closing date, all event orders will be shipped the week before the event. However, UpMerch does not guarantee delivery dates and there may be a number of reasons why the order is delayed.

    Rush Delivery

    If you need an order quicker than the standard 2-week turnaround, please contact our team immediately. Orders under 2 weeks will be subject to a rush fee depending on the required time frame.

    Tracking

    Once your item has shipped, you will receive a tracking # via email. If there are issues with shipping/delivery, please contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue.

    Change Shipping Address

    Please contact us immediately. If the order has not been boxed and prepared for shipment, we can still change the shipping address.

    Artwork Approval Rights

    UpMerch is dedicated to always providing the highest quality prints, artwork and final product. UpMerch reserves the right to deny printing artwork for any reason. Reasons for denying artwork may include, but are not limited to: violating intellectual property rights, encouraging hateful or distasteful speech, sexually suggestive, promoting consumption of illegal substances or illegal activities.

    Artwork Format

    For best results, please provide vector artwork in Adobe Illustrator format. If you do not have vector artwork available, our design team will do our absolute best to meet your needs. All final artwork will be approved by you before printing!

    Returns and Exchanges


    Return Policy

    We do not accept returns on customized goods. Return are only allowed under extremely unlikely circumstances when there is a printing error that differs from the approved art approval. If a printing error occurs, UpMerch will reprint the order or provide you a refund on the item(s) with an error. If you have product or service questions, please call your customer support representative to answer any questions before placing an order.

    Refunds

    If you qualify for a refund, once the refund has been processed, please allow up to 3-5 business days for the money to be reflected back on to your credit card.
